Three Jets Chase UFO On Spain’s Costa Del Sol

On the back of an incident near Bath in England last week now comes another episode of jets scrambled to intercept a UFO. This time it was on Spain’s Costa Del Sol with concerned residents flooding the local newspaper with telephone calls and reports of 3 military jets flying around a very strange looking craft emitting a bizarre “eerie humming sound”. UFO Linked With UK Sonic Boom

On April 12th a sonic boom was heard accross several counties in England. The official explanation for this particular boom is that RAF Typhoon jets from RAF bLAH were scrambled to intercept a helicopter transmitting a mayday signal. Just recently, the body of Dr Richard Holmes, 48, was found in a field only 4 miles away, and in very similar circumstances to the now infamous “suicide” of UK weapons inspector to Iraq, Dr David Kelly back in 2003. Michigan State Police are reported to be using a state-of-the-art data forensics device during routine traffic stops, which is able to copy your entire mobile phone’s contents in under two minutes. “The ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) has learned that the police had acquired the cell phone scanning devices and in August 2008 filed an official request for records on the program, including logs of how the devices were used. SETI Post Detection TaskGroup

Ever heard of the SETI Post Detection Taskgroup? With its Thunderbirds esque title it sounds awfully official. This “taskgroup” is essentially a thinktank comprised of various astrobiologists and SETI scientists. It’s ultimately a toothless entity which is setup to discuss what on earth we’re all supposed to do if we’re suddenly confronted with a signal of alien origin. So what are their objectives?
