Bizarre Ring UFO Photographed Over New Jersey

Are UFOs extraterrestrial, interdimensional or a combination of both?  This latest sighting in Hoboken, New Jersey,  seems so strange that it may fit better into the interdimensional category. The sighting lasted ten minutes which allowed the witness to get some good photographs.

“In the northwestern sky, I noticed a flickering object about the size of a large star.  It seemed to be reflecting the sun as it slowly moved towards the east and towards me.  It was moving very slowly and  no noticeable change in speed or direction and no noise at all.”
