“Ok, here it is in all its glory! Remember that there are a lot of things you do not see. The wedged gap between the upper part and the foundation for example. Or the right side (from the direction the image is, looking south) is completly gone on this image. Maybe we passed over the anomaly so the vertical sides on the right side were shadowed by the anomaly it self.”

“The image is treated so obvious “false” echoes are taken away. But it is impossible to work with the image more than that. It gives us a sence of the main features of the anomaly. You can not look into details because there are no details in this image. Things that might stick up might do so because of the bad resolution, they might not be there at all.

Multibeam Sonar

Lindberg went on….

“Hello folks, I will educate you a bit regarding multibeam. The image I show is of a wreck in Norway, recorded under perfect conditions. As we have said before the multibeam does not give you a exact image of the bottom on a smaller scale. However, it gives you a good 3D image of a larger landscape. When it comes to the multibeam data we got last year it is full of faults.”

“The motion sensor did not work propertly, it compensates for waves and such motions. The water velocity data was completly corrupt which means we did not get better resolution than approx 8 meters, it should be like 0,2 meters or so. This means that our image of the anomaly does not show the right features. You understand these things? If you do I will show you a corrupt multibeam image of the anomaly later to night.”

It’s been a long time coming (nearly two years), but we finally have an independent report (of sorts).  I am aware that pseudosceptics will argue that some of the professors conducting the test are long time acquaintances and advocates of Rossi, but the length of these tests and involvement of three different world class universities is hard to argue with.

“We do not draw any conclusions, but we point out that the test gives an abnormal heat that is far beyond that possible with chemical reactions, says Bo Höistad, emeritus professor of nuclear physics and the representative of the group.”

“To learn more about what is going on, we need to see what has happened with the fuel. In order to even talk about a nuclear transformation, we need to see waste. If there are no conversions at all in the fuel, then this is totally incomprehensible.”

This is only one report and from what I can gather from the more technically competent people in the field – there are ways in which the test could have been done better to alleviate their concerns and there are those who would pick holes in Stephen Hawkings theories from the comfort of their armchair.  However, it has to be said that the report is very clear in it’s outcome “Computed volumetric and gravimetric energy densities were found to be far above those of any known chemical source. Even by the most conservative assumptions as to the errors in the measurements, the result is still one order of magnitude greater than conventional energy sources.”

There is still much to play for in this ongoing story and the mention of proper calorimetry being conducted, but I’ll say this for Rossi – he plays a brilliant poker game, playing an ace when many of us thought he’d cashed in his chips and for that I give him my WARM REGARDS.

Documentary

For the past year a Swedish film crew has been following the team. Titan TV have just recently completed editing the hour long documentary and it is now in the process of being sold to interested TV channels.  The above trailer gives an intriguing glimpse of what we can expect to see – although from talking to the team it seems there is a lot yet which is very mysterious that has not yet been revealed. There are so many strange features on the object that it is really difficult to explain – perfectly round holes set within a perfect square, long ‘corridors’ that have smooth walls and straight edges. And then recently a discovery of an object that looks like an alien skull lying on the bottom. Then there’s the rocks which have been superheated, yet scientists say this region has been utterly devoid of any volcanic activity.

Veteran Swedish treasure hunters, the Ocean Explorer Team will at last embark on a long anticipated third trip to the massive and mysterious object lying some 85 metres under the Baltic Sea – known simply as the “Baltic Anomaly”.

Preparations

Speaking directly now from the island of Öland which lies 6km off the Swedish mainland, Ocean Explorer team leader Dennis Aasberg and his team of divers and crew have been investigating some other wrecks this last week -  some of which they found last year.

Second Anomaly

Both previous trips have focused on the main anomaly.  The last time the team went out, bad weather ruined any plans they had for exploring the second anomaly.  This time though things should be different.  The second anomaly lies close to the main structure a few hundred metres away and resembles a gothic church window when viewing it on sonar.  This second anomaly may hold the key to revealing the nature of this site and could finally put an end to the mystery of what this site is.

According to a recently released video by Dennis, they have all been eating well and stocking up with supplies in readiness to set sail back to the circle tomorrow morning. This time all video footage can be released as they will not be under contract to Titan TV – the makers of the documentary.

“The big object we have been there a couple of times as you know. So now we gonna go down there with and if everything is OK, we gonna go down with the divers. Depends on many things, we cannot do much more than look at it.  To take the samples now, we don’t have the things now these days, but this summer there are many things I cannot tell you know that are going on around us, that we are gonna work on this summer, but now with this object two, were gonna go down and take a look at it for the first time.”

“So tomorrow we will lose the connection because we will be out on the Baltic Sea, but I’m filming everything we do, everything we do, I’m filming, and when I get home in a couple of days then you will know because I’m gonna put out the films directly on the internet on our homepage. Now I’m going to go to sleep because I’m very tired and it has been a very long day today. Take care everybody out there and thank you for your support. We look forward to get some kind of understanding of what we have found out there in the Baltic Sea.  This object number  two is perhaps is the answer for everything, we don’t know, we will see.”

Lake Tahoe – The second of my special reports  – by Craig Brown

Bizarre Features

Described as having a “ring body” with a tail and “appendages”,  the craft were slow moving, usually silent, or if anything they emitted a static, crackling, or sound of high voltage usually accompanied by the feeling of a static charge in the air.  The craft have mostly been observed and photographed above trees or power poles for some reason.

Popular investigative news site Earthfiles.com, written by Linda Moulton-Howe covered the ever evolving story as one after one, new witnesses, testimony and photos emerged throughout 2006 and 2007. Linda had taken to calling them drones since the bodies of the craft were only described as a maximum of two feet thick and therefore not capable of being piloted by humans, but rather they appeared to be being remotely piloted or controlled by some other means.

After the initial publicity surrounding the Chad photos (see previous report) another report of these craft emerged. It was  submitted to MUFON on 5th MAY 2007.  The report submitted is printed below along with the two cellphone photos of the object and a screen-capture of the original MUFON database entry.  According to MUFON this witness was identified as Deborah McKinley of San Jose, but this has never been verified.

“My husband and I were in Lake Tahoe over the weekend. We left on Friday afternoon and came back Monday morning. On Saturday at about 7 PM, I was walking out to my car to get a sweater when I saw this thing in the sky. It was pretty close I think, but still above the trees. It was moving and spinning slowly, heading towards my right.

I was startled and confused at first and wanted to take a picture, but our camera was still inside so I took two pictures with my camera phone before it passed behind the roof of the house. I ran around to the other side and was yelling to my husband to come out. We came around the other side and saw it just as it was going down behind some trees. He didn’t get a good look at it, but he saw enough to convince him that it was something really strange.”

“We decided to take a drive around the area to see if we could see it again, but we never did. We didn’t see it the next day either. Since we were renting the cabin for the weekend we didn’t know any nearby residents but I would bet at least a few other people saw it. It was very visible and very strange looking. I was definitely a little freaked out but my husband didn’t seem very bothered by it. He was more interested in it than scared.”

“He wanted to drive around a lot longer trying to find it than I did! It didn’t make any noise except for a very, very faint sound that is hard to describe but sounded like something vibrating. We both heard the sound although just barely. It moved in a very straight line when it went over the house but when we saw it on the other side of the house, when it was going down behind the trees, it made a very sharp turn. It didn’t move like a helicopter or airplane, it was very “exact”.

“We did see one person on our drive who was a few blocks away taking a walk and asked him if he saw it, and he said no. Then we asked him if he heard any weird noise and tried to describe it as best we could, and he said he might have but he wasn’t sure. By this time it was at least 20 minutes since we first saw the thing so who knows.”

“I talked to some friends over the week about sending these to a newspaper or something but a guy at work suggested I look up Mufon, so I’m starting with you guys.”

To the best of my knowledge there has never been any specifically identified location for the Lake Tahoe photographs despite the efforts of many people using Google StreetView.  According to some information sources the photos are most likely to have been taken on the west side of Lake Tahoe possibly in Eldorado or Placer County, but that’s the extent of the investigation.

Trees

As I mentioned previously these craft seem to be always sighted near or above trees and forests or powerpoles. It is curious that in this instance also the photos show the craft just above treetop height and again it seems to be skimming / rotating as it moves along above the powerlines. The whole area to the west of Lake Tahoe is wilderness, including several state parks and remote forests.

Debunkers

Perhaps due to the impressive full colour daylight photographs of these craft, elements of the UFO community debunked the story, contrary to the massive breadth and depth of evidence.  A series of badly thrown together CGI movies then followed – produced by fame-seekers, copycats and those seeking viral video status – none of which came close to resembling the original images.  It is my view that most people dismissed the phenomena without looking at the weight of evidence and testimony in it’s entirety.

There is much to this story and it cannot be easily explained in one single article – so I will be presenting the subject over a series of articles looking at each sighting and the supporting information again.

I have waited for several years now for new information and reports to emerge, but the subject has turned into a bit of a UFO cold case. Therefore, I am writing this series of articles with several objectives in mind.

New Effort

In an effort to hopefully reinvigorate and re-awaken the investigation, to focus attention back on this real phenomena, to bring forward possible new witnesses, to make contact with old witnesses and perhaps even encourage Isaac to release more of his cache of C.A.R.E.T. (Commercial Applications Research for Extraterrestrial Technology) documents into the public domain.

Chad

On May 11th 2007, a series of 6 photos were sent to webmaster Lex at popular radio program “Coast To Coast AM“.  The photos dated May 6th 2007, were taken by a Central California resident calling himself  “Chad” and were accompanied by a brief explanation as to how he had came about these images.  Although this was technically not the first sighting, (as we will discover in a later article), the “Chad photos” are generally accepted to be the most prolific sighting and catalyst for bringing this bizarre phenomena to the public gaze.

Below (in his own words) is the exact email that Chad sent to Coast To Coast AM back in April/May 2007 and the same 6 photographs he sent to them.

“Last month (April 2007), my wife and I were on a walk when we noticed a very large, very strange “craft” in the sky. My wife took a picture with her cell phone camera (second photo). A few days later a friend (and neighbor) lent me his camera and came with me to take photos of this “craft”. We found it and took a number of very clear photos. Picture #1 is taken from right below this thing and I must give my friend credit as I was not brave enough to get close enough to take this picture myself!”

“The craft is almost completely silent and moves very smoothly. It usually moves slowly until it decides to take off. Then it moves VERY quickly and is out of sight in the blink of an eye. MORE THAN ANYTHING I simply want to understand what this is and why it is here?”

“We found your show with Google and I have listened for a few nights now. I have decided that if anyone can help me understand what this thing is, it is you and your audience. I must admit I am deeply unsettled by this thing. I have never seen anything like this in my life… Location: I would prefer not to say for now. “

Chad then wrote back to Coast To Coast with additional info:

“Thank you so much for posting my photos! I hope someone can help identify this… First of all, I see this thing VERY often. Since it first appeared, I have probably seen this thing maybe 8 different times since the first appearance. My friend and I went out the next day after I first saw it to get the photos, but it was not there. Then we tried again the next day, and we found it within like 30 minutes and followed it for a while. Most of the time I see it out of windows in my house, in the distance. but I would say almost half of the hikes I have gone on in my area, I have seen it very close. It is very easy to photograph and…many neighbors aside from my friend have also seen it. “

Underneath the craft strange hieroglyphics are evident – they do not match any known language.

“It is almost totally silent but not quite. It makes kind of “crackling” noises. It’s hard to describe them but they are only intermittent and not very loud, but you can notice them. Sometimes there is a very slight hum that sounds kind of mechanical, almost like when you are near very large power lines. But it is nothing loud like a jet engine, it is very quiet for the most part.”

“It moves almost like an insect. If you have ever seen a bug on a pond, it is kind of like that. It is VERY smooth and slow most of the time, but then every now and then it will rotate very quickly and go VERY fast into another direction, then stop, and repeat the process all over again. There is just something very unnatural about the way it moves. “

“Also, I have had maybe 4 headaches in the last week, and I am normally not the kind of person who really ever gets them. Also my wife has been tired and fatigued lately. She is about a month pregnant, and the doctor said fatigue is normal around this time, but I worry that it is a lot. Basically what I’m worried is that this “craft” has got some kind of radiation or something. Like I said, it sounds like power lines if you get close enough to it. Obviously I am worried for our health, especially with a baby on the way. I dont know if they are related, but again, this is why I really hope someone can answer these questions!”

Location Identified

The Chad drone photos were originally stated to have been taken in Bakersfield, but keen-eyed members of the public later identified the actual site as just off Highway 17, near the restaurant known as the  “Summit Snack Shack” or “Summit Roadhouse” as it was later renamed, which at this point runs parallel to the old Santa Cruz Highway approx 4-7 miles south of Los Gatos, Santa Clara County, California.

Los Gatos is the nearest town approx 4-7 miles North.

At the time (in 2007) part of the land from which at least two of the photographs appear to have been taken reside on private property. One or more of the photos appear to have been taken from the dirt track / road at the rear of the restaurant deck area.

Private Property

Despite bordering on what some have said is “private land”, it is easy to see how someone could easily access these areas and not even realise they were on private property.  It was perhaps always assumed that Chad and his girlfriend had been “hikers”.  However, in the original email Chad simply says he and his girlfriend were out on a “walk” and he said that he had seen it maybe eight times before from his house.  So perhaps then, Chad and his girlfriend did not walk here and enter through the front of the property as initially assumed – perhaps they actually reside in one of the private houses down the hill and that they WALKED UP the hill towards the back of the restaurant.

Local Knowledge

Chad admits he is a local who has  seen this craft on many occasion from his house along with several of his neighbours.  So since he is a local, he would have had a reasonable knowledge of the area, the roads, the houses and there would be a good chance that he knows the owner of the property, so there would be no cause for concern by the owner of anyone trespassing. It is entirely possible that the reason Chad was so spooked by these things is that he actually LIVES closer to the location of the photos than we think – perhaps the drone has even flown directly over his house.

There seem to be many people out there still fascinated by these strange events back in 2007/2008, especially as they relate to something so bizarre and (if proven true), certainly some of the clearest daytime photographs of unusual aerial phenomena ever recorded. Some individuals who were equally keen to get to the bottom of the mystery setup a website a few years ago to research all aspects of the phenomena. Droneteam.com, which is still active today (albeit very quiet), was setup by a group of like-minded individuals to get to the bottom of the drone sightings.  Their efforts paid off as they made some reasonable progress in uncovering locations from photographs and gathering the facts of many of these sightings.

Anyone interested in this subject is encouraged to go there and research further as it is a great information resource on this subject.

Private Eyes

The people behind droneteam.com ended up hiring local private investigators Tom Davis and Frank Dixon of TK Davis Investigations to investigate the drone sightings.  The pair (both in their 60′s at the time) were tasked with finding new leads, identifying locations and pursuing avenues of enquiry in an effort to uncover the truth.

An article in the LA Times and an interview for Fox News featuring the PIs helped publicize the story to a wider audience, but as would be expected, the mainstream media was more interested in presenting the story in a less than serious manor despite the serious implications of covert monitoring by unknown drone craft.

Today, the original TK Davis website is no longer active, so I am guessing they have probably retired from the PI business. You can still checkout the website as it was back then in 2007 if you use the internet archive Wayback Machine.

Today

After Chad’s initial contact with Coast to Coast AM, Linda Moulton-Howe of Earthfiles.com corresponded with Chad over a series of several emails.  In a podcast she admitted to having Chad’s real name, address and details – so this lends more credibilty to his testimony.  After the exchanging of some emails for a while Chad then stopped responding and ultimately the trail of this particular sighting has gone cold.

To my knowledge Chad has never been identified and nor has his house in the valley near Highway 17 from which he saw these objects on eight separate occasions.

Earthfiles Investigation

The initial investigation into the spate of drone sightings was performed very professionally by Earthfiles.com’s Linda Moulton-Howe over a period of several years.  However, since then the articles have fallen behind a pay-wall and are no longer accessible without a subscription leaving many people in the dark on this phenomena. I sent a Facebook message to Linda Moulton-Howe asking if she had any new information on this and as yet I have not recieved a reply.

Many different witnesses came forward at the time, from all different professions and walks of life and sightings spanning as far back as 1985  – the testimony of these individuals is very hard to ignore and the subject matter has been largely ignored thanks to a deliberate debunking campaign centered around the misinformation that these craft were simply products of CGI manipulation.  The sincerity, depth and breadth of the witness testimony obliterates the theory that this was CGI and / or viral marketing.  Some CGI videos appeared, but they were obvious fakes and have nothing in relation tot he truth of this subject.

Even some die-hard believers fell for the debunker propaganda and still to this day MOST people are not familiar with the many hours of recorded interviews conducted by Linda Moulton-Howe on this subject, and so simply cite “something they heard in a forum” or “I heard that…”.  I urge those people to THINK for THEMSELVES.

The aim of re-opening the story to the general public is for several reasons -

• Finding out exactly what these things are and what they are doing in our skies.
• To uncover new witnesses to this phenomena and bring forward newer up to date sightings / photographs.
• Given that we are moving towards full disclosure – hopefully prompt Isaac to release more of the C.A.R.E.T material that he has in his possession and speed the disclosure along.

Frankly, I can’t think of a more momentous, life changing experience than what we could experience if we chose to believe what we will be discussing with our guest today, Dr. Steven Greer. Dr. Greer has been working for over 20 years to bring credible, scientific research surrounding extraterrestrial life forms and their influence to light. Dr. Greer left his career as a medical emergency physician, to address an emergency that is a detriment to the knowledge of the global population.

The federal campaign of secrecy to suppress information regarding extra terrestrial contact and energy alternatives that would steer us away from the petrol dollar our world leaders love so
much. Dr. Greer’s new film, SIRIUS, aims to peak public interest to the realities that ET life forms have and are, visiting this planet, that it is possible to make contact with them, and that their means and methods of travel pose a great threat to the fossil fuel industries, and consequently,our government.

Without further ado, please allow me to welcome today’s guest. Many of you know at least a little, if not a lot, about this man. I have been fortunate to meet Dr. Greer on multiple occasions and
have seen many of his lectures, and I have to say that his message is unbelievably inspiring and understandingly intriguing. His film is among the most thought provoking films I’ve seen of late,
and if the film aims to peak interest, it has done so in spades.

Dr. Steven Greer:
Thank you so much for having me. We are so thrilled to have the premiere in Los Angeles on April 22, Earth Day. And, we picked that date because there is a misconception that this film aims to
shed light on extra terrestrial life. It does, but what we’re really trying to focus on in SIRUIS, is humanity and its progression moving forward.

My uncle worked on the design of the Lunar Module, you know that funny looking think that landed on the moon. His company was Northrup Grumman, and these aerospace companies have been studying extra terrestrial activity in covert programs for over 50 years and have more or less found out how these UFO’s are zippin’ around. That secret, is why this type of research has been the bud of so many jokes, and it’s why the CIA launch in 1953 was conceived in a similar light.

I have a document that shows the CIA’s outreach to Disney, in hopes to create absurd cartoons surrounding the launch to make sure the substance of the research and findings, were flying below the radar, and were not taken seriously in the general public. If the reality of how these UFO’s are moving and traveling had been revealed, it would ‘ve rendered the coal, oil and nuclear industries
useless, which, if done in the 50’s would have prevented 60 years of environmental decay, global warming, and investment in an extremely pedestrian and detrimental form of energy. This is the
main reason why this crucial information has been held under lock and key. We are talking about hundreds of trillions of dollars in assets that belong to some of the most powerful industries on the
planet. Now I say that the film is really about humanity. I started the Disclosure Project, 20 years ago, to brief high ranking government officials on the topic and what I learned was that, ironically, these were not the people that were going to make the changes necessary.

Dr. Steven Greer (cont.):

The president is, believe it or not, denied access to these operations. President Carter, openly admitted that he did not have a high enough clearance rate to be briefed on these so called “blackops.” I think it is really important for people to understand that Eisenhower said “beware the military industrial complex,” because he knew it would be a threat to our democracy and way of life. It was under his watch in the 50’s that this whole field of study went sideways. And ever since then, we have been living in a twilight zone, of what I call the “retarded society” where we think we’re advanced, because we have smart phones, but what we fail to realize, is that these phones are being powered on a power grid from the 19th century that has not advanced technologically, but only in scope. It is up to us to choose, to take this information, and make a decision regarding the future of our planet. We as a species have a chance to change the way we utilize the power of our planet for good, or continue on a path of self-destruction. It us up to us, the people of the world, which is the central theme of the film.

FV: Dr. Greer, you’ve talked about the suppression of this information, and what it leads to is really disheartening. The fact that what you’re saying, is more often than not, immediately discredited as either conspiracy, or left wing nonsense. How do we get over this hump in the collective mentality surrounding this issue? How do we convince people to at the very least, listen, and be open to new information?

SG: Well Fillipo, you’ve really hit the nail on the head, but it’s a testament to how well the forces that are striving to illegally keep this information a secret are doing. Everything is well documented and factual, all we have to do is bypass the social conventions surrounding this type of information and look to grow from it. Nikola Tesla and Faraday amongst others, found high voltage electromagnetic systems that pull energy from what is called the “Zero Point Energy Field.” The truth is that if these technologies were not suppressed, we could have people with devices no larger than a heat pump, running their entire households, there would be no regressive technology that locks us into a grid, and there would be almost no pollution. These are the kinds of truth that people need to made aware of.

We had, as early as the 50’s, vehicles that could levitate in a Jetson like manner, but the CIA is very good at sculpting a mindset that these types of technology are farcical. We have photos after photos showing these types of “flying saucers,” some of which are not from this planet, but what is shocking, is that many of them are man made. This is information that is even less likely to reach the public. The Intelligence community is perfectly content to make it seems as though these saucers are ET, because it plays into the dismissive mentality that they have created. If the people knew that we had the capability of creating energy and vehicles like this, there would be a crumbling of giant macro economic engines.

FV: Tell us about how this movie got made. I know that there was quite a groundswell of support.
SG: We’ve been so lucky to have such a supportive following. SIRIUS is the largest crowd funded documentary in history. So we’ve had complete public funding and have not turned to any corporations or media conglomerates to aid in the production of the film. And we’ve taken a non-traditional approach to distribution as well. We are releasing SIRIUS through a company called YEKRA in Los Angeles that will allow all of the backers and organizations associated with the film, along with all of the online communities interested in the subject material, to be their own distribution center. We’ve gone through YEKRA because we are trying to circumvent the mindset that is synonymous with main stream media corporations with regards to this subject material. I’ve been on shows like Larry King Live, but for the most part, when you step into this arena and claim that there has been half a centuries worth of illegal secrecy conducted by our government officials, the main stream mediums usually try to temper the message a bit. I’ve been on live talk shows, where commercial breaks have aired earlier than they were supposed to, to give the producers time to tell me to change the direction of my response or that the interview would be dumped. YEKRA’s technology, mirrors the core of the film, and the message that we are trying to get across to people. We now have the option of steering away from the main stream media and choosing to get out information
and content from alternative sources. We have funded this movie through the people, and predict that with YEKRA’s technology, SIRIUS will be distributed and shared by the people.
FV: Dr. Greer, you are the founder of the Disclosure Project and, Center for the Study of Extra Terrestrial Intelligence. You have written four books, appeared in multiple films on the subject. You’ve also led groups throughout the world on peaceful contact with extraterrestrial life and have studied the Sanskrit Vedas and have been teaching mantra meditation for over thirty years. Dr. Greer, how does this all transform from medical emergency practice.

SG: Well I was a tutored Sanskrit and taught meditation of the Vedas before my medical practice, but yes I did run an ER and trauma center for 10 years, but this subject slowly overtook my medical work because what I discovered a few years ago, was that the secrecy surrounding this issue is destroying our planet. I always joke that I was an emergency doctor for 10 years, so I know and emergency when I see one. But people get caught up in this dark conspiracy aspect of this, yet the thing we are trying to convey is that this subject has a message of great hope. The means for creating a sustainable and peaceful civilization are extant. They already exist here on earth, and just because these technologies have been ruthlessly suppressed doesn’t mean they have to stay that way. And the only way this kind of change happens, is drawing people’s attention to this covert dictatorship that we are prisoner to in this country, and allowing them to make a decision.

SG (cont.): People always ask, when is disclosure coming? When is the President going to reveal what the government has been hiding from us for all these years? I always say, “what do you think the President can do about it.” I met with the CIA director when I was just 30 years old. My hands were shaking as I handed him a white paper with a series of proposed executive actions for the president and the leadership of our country. The CIA director looked at me and said, “how do we disclose, that which we have no access to?” So the bottom line is that the emperor has no clothes.
People have all these false assumptions that if you are in the CIA or you’re a general that you somehow have access to things that are incredibly secret, and the fact is, they don’t. But we’ve put out a call, for people to come forward with this information, and they did, why? Because it has been established that this is not legal secrecy, that is protected under the National Security Act, it is illegal secrecy. Now because of this, the people who have come forward are not bound by their security oaths, which is why we’ve gone from a dozen top secret whistle blowers, to over five hundred. That’s how we got all of this classified information, and all of these documents, including I might add, discs that have thousands of pages of technologies on them, technologies that could change the makeup of energy consumption on this planet, if we could get them into research facilities. I’m sitting on them, because you can conduct this type of research in your garage. And that is where all of the money that the film makes is going, in hopes to get away from these sources of energy that are destroying mother earth.

FV: This is all so shocking to me, and I don’t think that many people know that, somebody like the President, the highest ranking official in the nation, doesn’t have access to some of the information that you’ve been discussing.
SG: Well what I’ll tell you, people like the President, who I’ve written briefings for, who are interested and curious enough, are torn between knowing, and having control access. Access in a classified area is extremely compartmentalized, so just because the President knows something, doesn’t necessarily mean that he has control over that information. But getting back to what we’ve been discussing, the disclosure project does not aim to influence high ranking officials, because we have obviously seen the security state that they have built, but rather getting this information to the people. It is only the collective consciousness that will bring change that can break through such a dense cloud of ignorance that has been draped over our society and culture. In the early 1900’s quantum mechanics Erwin Schrödinger, said that the total number of minds in the universe is one. It’s a singularity. This is where my study of the Vedas and meditation really comes into play, not only with making contact with the universe and universal life forms, but with connecting to this collective consciousness. If you can sit in meditation, and experience a connection to that one mind, called Sumati, you can then awaken from that state, and apply it to your daily consciousness which will allow you to view what’s going on around us in a different light. This is what remote viewing is all about.

SG (cont.): Interestingly enough I met a general in the United States Army that was training his boys to achieve this state, as well as some folks in the CIA. They had a program at Stanford Research International, that DARPA was doing on remote viewing, and I know all of those early remote viewers like Ingo Swann, were good friends of mine, and what I tried to point out was that, this is something that is innate to every human being, we shouldn’t be exploring this territory with just spies and military, the entire world needs to be in tune to this kind of conscious reality. What motivates me more than anything, is that real change starts at this deep level of consciousness,
and the influence will pour from the inside out, not the other way around. An idea is a powerful thing, and people coming together in support of an idea is what we are trying to promote. This is what I hope SIRIUS can do for everyone. If this message is spread and we can raise, what in the world of physics is a very modest sum of money, between eight and ten million dollars, we can build facilities and take some of the most brilliant minds that have been wrapped up in these covert operation, to work at bringing substantial change to the world. This research has to be supported and funded by the public, it has to be for the public, not for some rich barons, or titans of industry, and that is what we are trying to achieve with SIRIUS, giving the power back to the people.
FV: Dr. Greer, if this momentous change does come, and I hope that it does, what will the future look like?
SG: Well here’s the vision that can guide the world and inspire us. Once we have these zero point sums of energy, we can alleviate our planet of the destructive methods of harness resources from it. Free energy will be the great equalizer. This notion of poverty will be eliminated, because we will have even the most remote societies powered by this free grid, which will give them water and other resources without having to continue with these destructive extraction methods that are dominating our world today. Universal education can come into play as well, and we can put an end to notions of bigotry, and homophobia and superiority complexes that all stem from of atavistic struggle for a dominance of the zero sum game of resources. So I feel that once the world has woken up, we can end this cannibalism of our planet, we can bring justice to this planet, and with that justice, we can have peace.

FV: Dr. Greer thank you so much for coming on Life Changes.

This image, taken from on board the space shuttle Columbia mission STS-61-C in 1986 was only recently discovered in the archives and appears on “The Gateway to Astronaut Photography of Earth” website. Looks like the airbrushing dept at NASA missed a memo for this one.

Another variation in angle as the ROV films the artifact on the seabed.

The two minutes and 42 second clip was taken last year by one of the ROVs (Remotely Operated Vehicles) used by the team. The Ocean Modules V8 Sii ROV was being piloted remotely from the ship in an effort to explore the site when the team came across the bizarre discovery.

The object was found lying beside the main 60 metre wide anomaly at a depth of 79 metres – it is thought to be only one of many curious finds that the team have made at the site – most of which are still under a contractual embargo by the TV company who financed the trip and will be revealed later this year when the 60 minute documentary is broadcast.

It is believed that no attempt was made to recover the object at the time as the ROV’s propulsion system kicks up a lot of silt from the bottom and this was severely hindering the divers visibility around the object. A new expedition in 2013 may try and salvage the object along with other objects and samples at the site.

‘It is not a hole, look from the beginning, you will see the back side of… What ever it is, but anyway, you’ll see that it is an object laying on the “anomaly” and the size is as a football. We have been allowed by Titan to show this sequence which we think look at bit odd and together with everything else makes you kind of think. What is the strange hole and where does it lead?

“The Meringue” – Approximately 4 metres wide is only one of many strange features sitting on TOP of the dome of the formation.

Editor’s Comment:  This newly released footage of what appears to be an elongated skull, similar to what you would call your classic ‘gray’ alien may turn out to be nothing more than the head of a statue or a curiously shaped rock, but examining this on it’s own does not put this latest find in the context it deserves. Consider for a moment the photographs and the entire list of anomalies and interactions the team have made public so far. What is the likelihood of so many unnatural formations and irregularities together in one place?

• Object is 200ft accross mushroom shaped comprising a thick pillar rising 8 metres out of the seabed with a 4 metre thick dome on top (like a mushroom shape) – rising a total of 12 metres (approx 40 feet) high above the surrounding seabed which lies at the end of a 1500 metre ‘skid’ or gouge on an otherwise featureless seabed.
• A second and third anomaly lying nearby – anomaly two has the appearance of a gothic church window with what appear to be two similarly sized arches.
• Anomaly three – an underwater mountain 1500m to the South.
• Large straight lines, walls and corridors in excess of 10 metres long with flat, smooth surfaces.
• Dome shaped object nicknamed “The Meringue” approximately 4 metres wide and sits on top of the object.
• Right angles and unnatural depressions many metres long.
• A perfectly round hole in the object (as yet unexplored).
• A 1-2 metre wide square depression with a perfectly circular depression inside.
• Stone circles, like “fireplaces”, of hard black “almost petrified” burnt looking stone each a few inches in diameter, like 4 or 5 pearls in a necklace in various arrangements on top of the dome.
• Threats and intimidation by outside parties.

If the military remote viewers are correct then this anomaly is one of many similar sites on the seabed and therefore there is a good chance that the navy / military / intelligence services already know about this.
