Richard Dolan – May 2012
Richard Dolan is a researcher, author, and public speaker on the topic of UFOs and related matters. He was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1962. He grew up in Brentwood, Long Island, playing baseball and studying science and history. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and English Literature at Alfred University, then earned a Master’s degree in History at the University of Rochester. He also received a Certificate in Political Ideologies from Exeter College at Oxford University, and was a finalist for a Rhodes Scholarship. Since publishing his books on the subject of UFOs starting in 2000, Richard has travelled throughout the U.S. and world speaking to audiences.
Richard Dolan is one of leading researchers of UFOs today.
He is the author of two definitive volumes of history, “UFOs and the National Security State,” considered by many to be the best historical works ever written on the subject. Best-selling author Whitley Strieber referred to them as “the best history ever written about UFOs,” while Apollo 14 astronaut, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, described them as “masterful and important.”
Richard also co-authored a ground-breaking analysis of the future, “A.D. After Disclosure.” Written with Bryce Zabel (creator of the television series Dark Skies), A.D. is a fearless and analytical “what if” scenario describing the deep impact that would be brought about by the end of UFO secrecy. Its publication in 2010 solidified Richard’s status as the most original thinker in ufology today.
Richard is currently writing another ground-breaking work: UFOs for the 21st Century Mind. Due out in 2012, it offers a fresh analysis of this ancient phenomenon, one that speaks to a world in the midst of social and technological transformation, and promises to redefine ufology in many important ways.
In his books and articles, Richard’s main themes center around the destruction of our political liberties as a result of the UFO cover-up, the possible nature of the non-humans themselves, what their presence means for our civilization, why the cover-up will end within our lifetime, and what is likely to happen after that.
