For the last 8 weeks or so, strange loud booms have been heard by residents in many different towns and cities all across America. There is no apparent explanation for these bizarre booms, although earthquake swarms have been blamed by authorities in some cases. It seemed to have ceased for a while, but then today Earthfiles reported more loud booms, this time in Boston and beyond.
“It sounded like there was an explosion in the basement that shook the whole house. …Stranger still (after booms), when we went down to the beach, there was a Black Hawk helicopter that was flying very low, (maybe only 100 – 200 feet in the air) along the beach making several passes.” – Puyallup, WA resident about April 12, 2012, Loud, Metallic Boom.
After loud, metallic booms heard by residents from Puyallup to Lacey, Washington, on April 12, 2012, then in Seabrook and Pacific Beach west of Puyallup on Friday to Saturday, April 13 to 14, a fighter jet circled making repeated sonic booms and a Black Hawk helicopter flew very low back and forth along the beach.
